You can export patient records for backup, analysis, or sharing purposes. At this time, only patient details can be exported. Activities on records, such as notes or treatments, cannot be exported yet but are planned for future updates. To obtain full patient information, you need to export the patient details after opening the record.
How to Export Patient Records
Navigate to Patients – Open the "Patients" section from the main navigation.
Filter the records – Apply any necessary filters to refine the data you want to export or select "All" to export all patient records.
Click Export – Once the desired records are displayed, click on the "Export" button.
Download the file – The system will generate the export file and automatically save it to your default download location.
Note: The exported data will be based on the current filters and column selections in your view.
Handling Export Errors
- If no data is available in the selected view, you will receive an error message stating, "Nothing to export."
Technical Limits and Considerations
Export Frequency – You can complete up to 100 exports within a rolling 24-hour window. Additional exports will be queued until an existing export is completed.
Export Size Limits – Large exports may take several hours to process. If the file exceeds 1,000,000 rows, the system will split the data into multiple files inside a ZIP archive.
File Format – All exported files are automatically compressed into a ZIP file to optimize download efficiency.
