Overview

Medentic QES Connect provides medical and dental professionals with an easy and convenient way to connect Bulgarian Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) to the Medentic platform. The application ensures secure signing of electronic records and their sending to the National Health Insurance System (his.bg) and National Health Insurance System (NHIS) systems (pis.nhif.bg).

The software automatically detects and visualizes all necessary QES devices on the user's computer, allowing quick and easy start-up. Following connection, the system operates in the background, automatically signing requests when necessary.

Q: Can we talk on the phone?

A: To maintain the lowest prices on the market, phone or video support is only provided to customers with the Pro plan or higher. All other users can only use the email server.
