If you no longer want to be part of a clinic or team in Medentic, you can easily leave it. This guide will show you how to leave a clinic and what happens afterward.
Steps to Leave a Clinic
Open Medentic in your browser or mobile app and log in to your account.
Click on your profile name in the top right corner of the dashboard to open the profile menu.
In the profile menu, select “Team Access” to manage your access to clinics and organizations.
Under the "Access" section, you will see a list of clinics or organizations you are a part of. Locate the clinic you wish to leave. Next to the clinic's name, click on the “Leave” button.
You will be removed from the clinic and no longer have access to it. You will be redirected to your profile page, and you can see that the clinic is no longer listed under your access.
Once you leave a clinic, you will no longer have access to its data or settings. However, your personal data and information will remain in your Medentic profile.
If you are the only admin of the clinic and leave, the clinic might not have any admins left. Ensure that there is at least one other admin before you leave.
