Migration can be a challenging process, no matter the size of your patient database or your level of technical expertise. However, it’s also a great opportunity to evaluate your existing data and clinic workflows, identify gaps, and plan for improvements. For instance, you might consider implementing automated patient reminders via SMS, Viber, or WhatsApp to encourage regular check-ups every six months.
This guide will walk you through the key steps to transition your patients' data and treatment records from Hipokrat D to Medentic.
Step 1: Create Your Medentic Account
Before beginning the migration process, you’ll need to:
Create an account on Medentic by visiting www.medentic.app.
Install Medentic QES Connect, which simplifies the migration process by securely transferring your Hipokrat D data to your Medentic account, including patient records and past treatments.
Step 2: Migrate Your Data
Once your account is set up and Medentic QES Connect is installed, follow the instructions here to transfer your data with minimal effort on your part. This ensures a seamless transition of patient information and treatment history to your new Medentic account.
Important Notes
Do not delete or stop using Hipokrat D immediately.
We recommend keeping Hipokrat D operational until all data is fully transferred and you've had time to use Medentic and confirm everything works as expected.
Test your setup.
Double-check that all patient data and treatments have been migrated accurately before fully transitioning to Medentic.
