If you no longer wish to use a social account to log in to Medentic, you can easily disconnect it from your profile. Disconnecting your social account ensures that your social media login credentials are no longer linked to your Medentic account. Follow the steps below to disconnect your social account.
Open Medentic in your web browser or mobile app.
Click on your profile name in the top-right corner.
From the drop-down menu, select your account to enter your profile settings.
In the profile settings, find and select the "Security" tab from the left-hand menu.
In the "Login via Google is enabled" section, click the "Disconnect" button.
A confirmation message will appear, notifying you that the account has been successfully disconnected.
After disconnecting the social account, you will need to log in to Medentic using your email address and password. If you haven’t set a password yet, you will be prompted to create one.
Disconnecting the social account will not delete any data associated with your Medentic account. You will still have full access to all your information within Medentic.
