The email address linked to your Medentic account is our primary means of communication with you. We use this address to send important updates about your account and other essential information.

You can update your email address directly through either the web or app. Follow these simple steps to make the change:

Steps to Update Your Email

  1. Open Medentic on your web browser or mobile app.

  2. Click on your profile name in the top right corner.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select your account to enter your account settings.

  4. In your account settings, click Change

  5. You’ll be prompted to confirm your password before you proceed. Enter your password and click Next.

  6. After you’ve entered your new email address, click Change Email.

  7. Medentic will send a 6-digit verification code to your new email.

  8. Locate this email in your inbox, enter the code, and click Verify.

  9. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of your screen, confirming that your email address has been successfully changed.

If you use a social account to login, changing the email will automatically disconnect the account from social and you won’t be able to use social login for this account again.
