Forgetting or wanting to update your password is a common situation, and we want to make sure you can easily manage your Medentic account. Whether you need to change your password for security reasons or you've forgotten it, this guide will walk you through the simple steps to reset or update your password and regain access to your account. Follow the instructions below to quickly and securely make the necessary changes to your login information.
Steps to Change Your Password
Open Medentic on your web browser or mobile app.
Click on your profile name in the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select your account to enter your account settings.
In the profile settings, locate and select the "Security" tab from the left sidebar.
Under the "Change your password" section, click on "Change password".
Enter your current password, followed by your new password. Confirm the new password and click "Change password" to save your changes.
A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of your screen, confirming that your password has been successfully changed.
Steps to Reset Your Password
If you've forgotten your password and need to reset it, follow these simple steps to regain access to your Medentic account.
Open the Medentic login page at Medentic.app. You will see the Login page where you can enter your email and click Continue with email
Below the password field, you will see a link labeled "Forgot password?". Click this link to start the password reset process.
A new page will appear asking for the email address associated with your Medentic account. Enter your email and click on the "Reset password" button.
Medentic will send a password reset link to the email address you provided.
Open the email and click the "Reset password" link inside.
After clicking the link, you’ll be directed to a page where you can enter a new password. Type your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. Once both fields are filled, click "Reset password" to save the changes.
After resetting your password, you will be automatically logged into your Medentic account with the new password. You can now access your dashboard and start using your account with your updated credentials.
